I have been a chef for 27 yrs, and a head chef for 16 of them, and having mastered computers in the last 3-4 yrs, I was certain that the computer would make my life easier at work. I have dreamt of software that could simplify the drudgery of constantly costing out menu after menu, dish after dish, day in and day out, and now my dream has come true and I found it (on the other side of the world) . Resort Bistro must have been devised especially for me. Having taken a few days to set up and understand, I am now more efficient in my job than I have ever been, and my work here at The George Washington Hotel, a 103 bedroom 3-4 star Golf and Country Club in the North East of UK has been transformed by your software. Any chef worth his salt (all be it Maldon, coarse grain, low sodium) would be a fool not to invest in this product. It`s not very often I am compelled to heap praise on modern technology, but Resort Bistro is a sensation.
