NOTE: Do not use the Export wizard to backup your data. Backups should be performed using the Backup program for your operating system. See the topic on Backing up your data.
Export Wizard can generate ASCII text files of selected data from your database. These text files can be imported into spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel, Lotus 123, etc.
First you must launch the export wizard. This can be done by using one of the following methods:
•Click on the 
toolbar button or
•Select File->Export from the menu bar
Once the export wizard has been launched, the file page of the wizard will be displayed. See the topic on the ASCII text export wizard file page.
