Resort Bistro ingredients are the basic ingredients that you purchase from your suppliers.  The program retains a number of details for each ingredient entered into the system.  

 

Each ingredient can be assigned to different suppliers and different categories to make searching for, and printing them easier later on.

 

Resort Bistro uses the price stored with each ingredient from a particular supplier to calculate recipe prices.  These prices should be updated regularly to maintain accurate costing for each of the recipes maintained by the program.
