The Email Wizard RXF data selection page allows you to determine which recipes you wish to send via email. See the following image.
Mark the check boxes beside those recipes you wish to email. You can select all by clicking on the "Select All" button. If you wish to remove all of the selections you have made, click the "De-select All" button.
NOTE: Sending recipe data in RXF files sends the selected recipes along with their ingredients. RXF files DO NOT contain ingredient cost details, supplier details, or category details for the various items in the recipes. If you wish to send full costing information to someone, then you should consider sending them your entire database. If your main database contains more data than you wish to share, you might consider:
| 1. | Create a new database with Database Wizard. |
| 2. | Export selected recipes to this new database |
| 3. | Email the new database to your recipients. |
Once you have made your selections, click the "Next" button to move to the Email details page.
