The default database path dialog allows you to change the directory that the File/Open dialog starts at when opening a file.
The default database path dialog can be launched by using one of the following methods:
•Select File->Default locations from the menu bar or
•Click on the 
toolbar button
The following dialog will appear.
Click the "Browse" button to select the default file and click the "OK" button to accept or the "Cancel" button to reject the new default file.
