How do I copy one ingredient from another?

To create a new ingredient copying the details from another ingredient:-
First you will need to open the Ingredient form.
This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:
•Click on the toolbar button or
•Select Forms->Ingredients from the menu bar or
•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.
Select the ingredients that you wish to copy from the ingredient browser.
Use one of the following methods to copy the selected ingredient:
•Click on the toolbar button or
•Select Record->Copy from the menu bar or
•Hit the F3 shortcut key.
Fill in the details of the new ingredient, remembering to change the name from that of the existing ingredient. More help on this can be found in the Ingredient form topic.
Save any changes you have made by using one of the following methods:
•Click on the toolbar button or
•Select Record->Save from the menu bar or
•Hit the F9 shortcut key.
NOTE: No two ingredients are permitted the same name in a Resort Executive database. If you try to create an ingredient with the name of an ingredient that already exists, Resort Executive will display an error message.
