How do I modify an existing menu?

To modify an existing menu's details:-
First you will need to open the Menu form.
This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:
•Click on the toolbar button or
•Select Forms->Menus from the menu bar or
•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.
Select the menu to be modified from the menu browser.
Make any necessary alterations to the menu.
Save any changes you have made by using one of the following methods:
•Click on the toolbar button or
•Select Record->Save from the menu bar or
•Hit the F9 shortcut key.
If you make changes to a menu and don't want to keep them you can use the reset button to re-load the menu from the database. This can only be used before you have clicked the Save button.
OR
If you make changes to a menu and don't select the Save button you will be asked when closing down that window, if you wish to save or not.
NOTE 1: If you have the AutoSave facility enabled, Resort Executive will not show any prompts but will automatically save any changes that you have made.
NOTE 2: No two menus are permitted the same name in a Resort Executive database. If you try to create a menu with the name of a menu that already exists, Resort Executive will display an error message.
