How do I modify an existing unit?

To modify an existing unit's details:-
First you will need to open the Unit form.
This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:
•Click on the toolbar button or
•Select Forms->Units from the menu bar or
•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.
Select the unit you wish to modify from the Unit Browser.
Make the desired alterations in the unit form.
Save any changes you have made by using one of the following methods:
•Click on the toolbar button or
•Select Record->Save from the menu bar or
•Hit the F9 shortcut key.
If you make changes to a unit and don't want to keep them you can use the reset button. This can only be used before you have clicked the Save button.
OR
If you make changes to a unit and don't select the Save button you will be asked when closing down that window, if you wish to save or not.
NOTE 1: If you have the AutoSave facility enabled, Resort Executive will not show any prompts but will automatically save any changes that you have made.
NOTE 2: No two units are permitted the same name in a Resort Executive database. If you try to create a unit with the name of a unit that already exists, Resort Executive will display an error message.
