The Store Form is the point in the program where all store creation, modification and deletion takes place. It is divided into two major sections. To the left of the window is the browser pane. To the right are two tabbed sub-forms (or pages). Each sub-form lets you view or edit a different aspect of an individual store's properties.
Browser Pane
The browser pane displays the parent company name and the names of all stores in the current database. You can select a store in the browser to display that store's details in the tabbed sub-forms (or pages) on the right.
Tabbed sub-forms (or pages)
The tabbed sub-forms (or pages) on the right of the stores form provide a number of different views of the information relating to the currently selected store. The Store Form has two sub-forms:-
•The General details page shows the name and location of the current store.
•The Stock page shows stock details of all ingredients and recipes assigned to the current store. Choose to view Current period, Previous period or variation from the tabs at the bottom of the form.
