What reports are available?

Resort Executive ships with numerous reports. When making the selection of which report to print, you must choose an option from each of the following:
•Report Categories, and
•Report Styles, and
•Reports of this style.
Report Categories
The available report categories are as follows:
Favourites |
This will list the last 15 reports printed from this computer.

Report Styles
Some of the available report styles are shown below.
Category Details
Lists all details of all categories in alphabetical order.
Category References
Lists category reference details. These references show various items assigned to categories (such as ingredients, recipes, functions and menus). Choose to view references for ingredients, recipes, functions or menus. Further options are available for sorting such as alphabetical listing of all categories or list for a single category.
Course Details
Lists all details of all courses in alphabetical order.
Course References
Lists course reference details. These references show items that include courses (such as menus and functions). Choose to view references for functions or menus. Further options are available for sorting such as alphabetical listing of all courses or list for a single course.
Function Blank
Prints a blank function form.
Function Cost Breakdown
Lists the function cost breakdown details including component ingredient and recipe costs for selected functions. Choose to view a full alphabetical listing, a listing for those functions assigned to a particular category, or a listing for a single function.
Function Presentation
Lists functions in a format suitable for presentation. This report displays client details, the courses and dishes associated with the function and details relating to the number of covers, and the cost to the client, including and excluding tax. Choose from a full alphabetical listing or a list for a particular category or function.
Function Summary
Displays the details of a function. View all profitability details for the selected function, including cost, price, number of covers, food cost percentage etc. Choose from a full alphabetical listing, or just those assigned to a particular category.
Functions
Displays full function client and costing details as shown in the Recipe & costs page of the function form. Choose to view a full alphabetical listing, a list of all functions assigned to a particular category, or a single function.
Prep Sheets
Lists all recipes and sub-recipes required to prepare for the selected functions and or menus.
Ingredient List
Lists all ingredient names alphabetically. Options are available for sorting such as alphabetical listing of ingredients within categories, stores and suppliers or a full list of all ingredients.
Ingredient Costs
Lists ingredient costs for all or a single supplier or category, or a full alphabetical list. Also optionally lists ingredient with no entered cost or ingredients whose costs have not been updated since a user-selected date.
Ingredient References
Lists all recipes or menus referencing ingredients. These references show various items that include ingredients (such as recipes and functions). Choose to view references for recipes and/or functions. Further options are available for sorting such as alphabetical listing of all ingredients or a selection by category, recipes and/or functions.
Ingredient Details
Lists all ingredient details but contains no pictures. Choose to view all ingredients, a single ingredient or those assigned to a particular category, store or supplier.
Ingredient/Supplier Order (Manual Entry)
Lists all ingredients associated with suppliers in a fax ready form. Fill in the order quantities by hand. Choose from all suppliers or a single supplier.
Ingredient List (Stock Code)
Lists all ingredient names sorted by their stock code. Choose from all or one category, store or supplier or a full alphabetical listing.
Ingredient List (Product code)
Lists all retail ingredient names sorted by product code. Choose from all or one category, store or supplier or a full alphabetical listing.
Ingredient Details (With Pictures)
Lists all ingredient details, including pictures (if available). Choose to view all ingredients, a single ingredient or those assigned to a particular category, store or supplier.
Ingredient Blank
Prints a blank ingredient form.
Unused Ingredients
Prints a list of all ingredients not currently in use in any recipes, functions or menus.
Incomplete Ingredients
Lists all ingredients that are flagged as incomplete.
Invoice Details
Lists the details for selected invoices. Choose from a full listing of the current or previous periods, with or without stock codes, or a single invoice for the current or previous period, with or without stock codes.
Invoice Summary
Lists the summary details for selected invoices. Choose from a full listing for the current of previous period, a listing of invoices from a particular supplier for the current or previous period, a list of all invoices entered between two dates or a list of invoices between two dates.
Stock Purchases
Lists ingredient stock purchase details. Choose from a category based report by purchase quantity unit or unit for all categories or a single category, a for a full listing for the current or previous period, or purchases of a single ingredient in the current or previous period.
Market List
Combines and prints one or more market lists. Choose from a blank supplier form, full alphabetical listing, or listing in supplier alphabetical order. An additional option is a fax ready supplier order form completed with market list details.
Menu Engineering 1
Lists menu engineering details for selected menus in a tabular format. This is good for comparing the actual and budget figures for each item within a menu. Choose from a full alphabetical listing or list for a particular category or menu.
Menu Engineering 2
Lists menu engineering details for selected menus in tabular format as well as graphical format. This is a good report for looking at the overall performance of a menu. Choose to view the menu's actual or budget figures.
Menu Engineering Totals
Lists menu engineering totals for selected menus. Choose from a full alphabetical listing or list for a particular category or menu.
Menu Presentation
Lists menus in a format suitable for presentation. These are designed to be exported to a graphics/publishing application. Choose from a full alphabetical listing or a list for a particular category or menu. An additional option available is to print each report centred on a page.
Menu Engineering Budget Totals
Lists menu engineering budget totals for selected menus. Choose from a full alphabetical listing or for a list of a particular category or menu.
Menu Engineering Actual Totals
Lists menu engineering actual totals for selected menus. Choose from a full alphabetical listing or for a list of a particular category or menu.
Outlet Details
Lists a full alphabetical listing of all details for your outlets.
Product Price Exception
Lists retail ingredients and recipes that do not meet food cost percentage, factor, markup or gross profit targets.
Product Prices
Lists retail ingredient and recipe pricing details. Choose from a full alphabetical listing or a listing of a particular category or menu.
Costs of goods sold
Combines purchase and stocktake details, along with revenue figures (entered in the outlet form) to produce an overall summary of the financial performance of your business. These figures include goods sold, goods consumed, food cost percentage, factor, markup etc. for both current and previous periods trading periods, and any variations between the two.
Recipe List
Lists all recipe names alphabetically. Choose to view retail or non-retail recipes for one or all categories. An additional option is to view incomplete recipes.
Recipe References
Lists recipe references. Choose to view recipes that are used within another recipe, function or menu for a single category or recipe or a full alphabetical list.
Recipe 1 (With Pictures)
Lists recipe cooking/preparation details with a picture (if available). Choose to view all recipes, or retail or non-retail recipes within a category, or a list of recipes used in a particular function, menu or recipe. Additional options are a list of all incomplete recipes, recipes associated with a keyword, or only recipes with pictures attached.

Choose to view all recipes, or retail or non-retail recipes within a category, or a list of recipes used in a particular function, menu or recipe. Recipe 5 (With Pictures)

Recipe 5 (Without Pictures)

Recipe 6 (With Pictures)
Displays the recipe picture and description. Choose to view all recipes, retail or non-retail recipes, incomplete recipes, all recipes associated with a category, retail and non-retail recipes associated with a category, or recipes associated with a single menu, function, keyword or outlet. You can also choose to print single recipes or a selection of recipes.
Recipe 7 (With Pictures)
Similar report to Recipe 4 (With Pictures), the only difference being the layout and larger font sizes used.
Recipe 7 (Without Pictures)
Similar report to Recipe 4 (Without Pictures), the only difference being the layout and larger font sizes used.
Recipe 8 (With Pictures)
Similar report to Recipe 7 (With Pictures), the only difference being the layout and a different font used.

Recipe List (Stock Code)
Lists all recipes in order of their stock codes. Choose to view retail or non-retail recipes for all or one category. An additional option is a list of all incomplete recipes.
Recipe List (Product Code)
Lists all recipes in order of their product codes. Choose to view one or more categories or a full alphabetical listing.
Recipe Mise-en-place
Prints mise-en-place break down for all recipes, retail and non-retail recipes, incomplete recipes, recipes associated with a single category, keyword, menu or function. You can also choose to print the mise-en-place for a single recipe or for a selection.
Recipe Blank
Prints a blank recipe form. Choose from a basic form or a more detailed form.
Recipe Cost Breakdown
Lists recipe cost breakdown including required ingredients and recipes and the cost for each component. Choose to view all recipes, or retail or non-retail recipes within a category, or a list of recipes used in a particular function, menu or recipe. An additional option is a list of all incomplete recipes.
Recipe Costings
Displays recipe name, production cost and scaled production cost for recipes in a landscape list print format. Choose to view all recipes, all retail or non-retail recipes or recipes assigned to a particular category.
Unused Recipes
Prints a list of all recipes not currently in use in any recipes, functions or menus.
Recipe References
Lists all references of a selected recipe. Choose to view instances where the selected recipes or all recipes are used in menus, functions or recipes. An additional option includes viewing recipe references by category.
Stock Blank (Sort by location)
Lists stock items in separate stores-based listings with all items sorted by their location within a store. Choose to list all stores by purchase quantity or purchase unit, or a single store by purchase quantity or purchase unit.
Stock Blank (Sort by name)
Lists stock items in separate stores-based listings where all listings are sorted by item name. Choose to view all stock items by category by purchase quantity or purchase unit, all stores by purchase quantity or purchase unit, a single category by purchase quantity or purchase unit, or a single store by purchase quantity or purchase unit.
Stock Blank (Sort by stock code)
Lists stock items in separate stores-based listings with all items sorted by stock code. Choose to view all categories or a single category by purchase quantity or purchase unit, or all or a single store by purchase quantity or purchase unit.
Stock Blank 2 (Sort by name)
Lists all stock items in separate stores-based listings sorted alphabetically. This report only shows items currently in stock or purchased in the current period. Stock items are listed alphabetically in store and then category order.
Stock Blank 2 (Sort by stock code)
Lists stock items in separate stores-based listings sorted by stock code. This report only shows items currently in stock or purchased in the current period. Stock items are listed in store and then category order.
Stock Details
Lists extended stock details for the current period. Choose to view all or a single store by purchase quantity unit or per unit, or category based listings of all or a single category by purchase quantity unit or per unit.
Stock Purchases
Lists ingredient stock purchase details. Choose to view all or a single category either by purchase quantity unit, or per unit, a full listing for the previous or current period, or a purchases of a single ingredient for either the current or previous period.
Stock Totals
Lists extended stock totals for all stores. Displays stock value by store for both the current and previous period, and the variation between the two.
Store Details
Lists all details for all stores in alphabetical order.
Supplier Details
Lists all details for all or one supplier.
Unit Conversion Details
Lists all unit conversion details for selected units. Choose to view all or a single unit.
Unit Details
Lists all details for all units.
Deferred Unit Conversions
Lists all deferred unit conversion details for selected units. Choose to view all units or a single unit.
Filtered Reports
Reports can also be produced based on options you may select in the Filter dialog. For example, you may wish to produce a report that shows all incomplete recipes by a particular author so that the author can go through and complete them. Using the filtered recipes, you can use either the simplified filter options or the advanced filter options to select these parameters and print the report exactly as you want it.
NOTE: Each report displays the report category, style and report name you have selected to print, in the bottom left-hand corner of each printed page.
