If you are experiencing any problems with Resort Recipe and would like technical support, there are a number of options for contacting Resort Software.

 

Regardless of the method you use to contact out technical support department, please ensure any communications you make have the following information:-

 

Your name, address, phone, fax and email address.

What version and build number of the program that you are running. (Select About Resort Recipe... from the Help menu to get this information)

As much detailed information as possible about nature of the problem your are experiencing. (Just saying 'something is wrong' is of little use to us, and we'll just have to get back to you for more details which, of course, will make the whole process take longer.)

This is the preferred option as incoming technical queries can be routed directly to the appropriate expert in the shortest time possible.

Remote Assist

 

This option allows you to invite Resort Software onto your computer to assist in fixing problems or for training purposes. The computer must be connected to the internet for this option to work. To launch the Remote Assist dialog, go to Help->Remote Assist.
