To create a new course:-

 

First you will need to open the Course form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Course from the menu bar                or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

 

Once the Course form is open, choose one of the following methods to create a new blank course:

 

•Click on the toolbar button                or

 

•Select Record->New from the menu bar        or

 

•Hit the F2 shortcut key.

 

 

Fill in the details of the new course in the blank course form. More help on this can be found in the Course form topic.

 

Save any changes you have made by using one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the toolbar button        or

 

•Select Record->Save from the menu bar        or

 

•Hit the F9 shortcut key.

 

 

NOTE: No two courses are permitted the same name in a Resort Bistro database.  If you try to create a course with the name of a course that already exists, Resort Bistro will display an error message.
