To delete an existing course:-

 

 

First you will need to open the Course form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Course from the menu bar                or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

 

Select the course you wish to delete from the Course Browser.

 

Use one of the following methods to delete the selected course:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Record->Delete from the menu bar        or

 

•Select the course within the course browser and hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard        or

 

•Hit the F4 shortcut key.

 

 

Resort Bistro will ask if you wish to delete the course. Choose the appropriate response.

 

The course which you have deleted will now be removed from the list.

 

NOTE 1: If you delete a course it will be lost permanently.  

 

NOTE 2: If the course you are trying to delete is used in association with a menu, Resort Bistro will not allow you to delete the selected courses, and an error message will be displayed.
