The recipe rollup allows you to insert data into the recipe form as well as create new ingredients and recipes "on the fly".  For example, when creating a new recipe, you can use the recipe rollup to insert the component ingredients (or sub-recipes) required to produce the recipe all at once.  If an ingredient that you require does not exist, you can create it quickly using the recipe rollup and insert it straight into the recipe at the same time.  For detailed help on how to use rollups see the topic Rollups.
