Resort Bistro ships with a sample recipe database.  It is a good idea to view the sample database before beginning work on your own.  The database contains ingredients, recipes and a sample menus to show you how Resort Bistro works and the information you can gain by using the program.  It is also possible to import any of the data from the sample database into your database.  If you have created a blank database, you can choose to import some or all of the data contained in the sample database into your own database.  This will give you a head start.

 

NOTE:  Be careful what you choose to import.  It is unwise to import all the data from the sample database unless you have viewed the data.  There may be items contained in the sample database that you will never use, so be selective.
