NOTE: Do not use the Export wizard to backup your data. Backups should be performed using the Backup program for your operating system. See the topic on Backing up your data.
This option lets you export recipes to a Recipe Exchange Format (RXF) file. RXF files are a very compact method of transferring recipe data between computers, either by floppy diskette or via the Internet.
NOTE: Instead of generating an RXF file and then emailing that file, use the program's Email Wizard to perform the same task in a single step.
To export recipes to an RXF file you must launch the export wizard. This can be done by using one of the following methods:
•Click on the 
toolbar button or
•Select File->Export from the menu bar
