The Resort Software Export Wizard select functions page allows you to select the functions you wish to export. See the following image.
It is possible to export the following function selections:
•All functions - will export all available functions from your database or
•A Single Category - will export a selection of functions assigned to a single category.
All functions
To export all available functions, click the "Export all functions" option and then click the "Next" button to move to the Link/Associations page. See the following image.
Alphabetical listing
To select individual functions uncheck the "Export all functions" option and you can browse in alphabetical order by using the drop arrow to choose the letter the function begins with. Once you have selected the functions you wish to export, click on the "Next" button to move to the Link/Associations page. See the following image.
A single category
To export a selection of functions assigned to a particular category click on the category tab of the function selection page. This will bring the following screen.
Select different categories by using the drop list to view an alphabetical list. To select the individual functions from within a category, click the check box beside the function name.
Once your selections are complete, click the "Next" button to move to the Link/Associations page.
