| 1. | Open a database (if one isn't already open). |
| 2. | Select Reports from the View menu, or click the  toolbar button. This will display the Reports page. |
| 3. | Click one of the category reports links listed in the Reports page. |
| 4. | Answer any selection questions asked and the program will display the report in a new window. |
| 5. | Preview the report in the window and when you're ready to print, click the  button on the toolbar. |
| 6. | Close the report window when you're done. |
| 7. | If you want to print another report repeat from step 3 above |
