As you build up your database(s) with ingredients and recipes, you should consider performing occasional database maintenance. This involves running a database integrity test on each of your databases. These tests detect and repair any corrupt data found in a Resort Restaurant database and are run from the Database Integrity Dialog. You can launch this dialog by selecting Tools->Database->Integrity test from the menu bar or clicking on the 
toolbar button.
NOTE: A Database integrity test can only be launched if the database is closed and you have exclusive access to the database. You should close all databases and, if running on a network, make sure all other users have closed the database before attempting to perform this operation.
