To delete an existing function:-

 

First you will need to open the Function form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Functions from the drop-down menus                or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

 

Select the function you wish to delete from the function browser.

 

Use one of the following methods to delete the selected function:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Record->Delete from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Select the function within the function browser and hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard        or

 

•Hit the F4 shortcut key.

 

Resort Restaurant will ask you if you wish to delete the function.  Choose the appropriate response.

 

The function which you have deleted will now be removed from the list.

 

 

NOTE: If you delete a function it will be lost permanently.
