To delete an existing menu:-

 

First you will need to open the Menu form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Menus from the menu bar        or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

Select the menu you wish to delete from the menu browser.

 

Use one of the following methods to delete the selected menu:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Record->Delete from the menu bar        or

 

•Select the menu within the menu browser and hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard        or

 

•Hit the F4 shortcut key.

 

Resort Restaurant will ask you if you wish to delete the menu.  Choose the appropriate response.

 

The menu which you have deleted will now be removed from the list.

 

NOTE: If you delete a menu it will be lost permanently.
