To delete an existing store:-

 

First you will need to open the Store form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Stores from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

 

Select the store you wish to delete.

 

Use one of the following methods to delete the selected store:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Record->Delete from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Select the store within the store browser and hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard        or

 

•Hit the F4 shortcut key.

 

 

Resort Restaurant will ask if you wish to delete the store. Choose the appropriate response.

 

The store which you have deleted will now be removed from the list.

 

NOTE: Deleting a store also deletes all the information assigned to that store.  If you choose to delete a store make absolutely certain that this is what you want to do.  Once a store has been deleted, it's details will be gone forever.
