It is possible to insert items into a grid by one of the following methods:

 

•Using a Rollup Window        or

•Press the CTRL+I shortcut key        or        

•Select Edit->Insert from the menu bar        or

•Click on the toolbar button        or

•Right-clicking in the grid and selecting "Insert" from the popup context menu                or

•Pressing the Insert key on your keyboard.

 

By selecting to insert, using the insert key on your keyboard or using the insert option from the drop down menu, you will launch the Search/Select dialog.  This will allow you to insert an item into the current grid.  See the topics on Rollup Windows and the Search/Select dialog.
