The Resort Restaurant Replacement Wizard lets you make global replacements in your database. For instance, you can replace one ingredient with another ingredient in all recipes and menus using the original ingredient.
To launch the Replacement wizard, choose one of the following methods:
•Select Tools->Replace wizard from the drop-down menus or
•Click on the 
toolbar button
The Replacement Wizard will guide you through the process of replacing one item of data with another. Just follow the instructions displayed to:-
•Replace a Category with another Category
•Replace an Ingredient with another Ingredient
•Replace an Ingredient with a Recipe
•Replace a Recipe with an Ingredient
•Replace a Recipe with another Recipe
•Replace Recipe Author details with another Author's details
•Replace a Course with another Course
•Replace a Unit with another Unit
