The Resort Software Import Wizard select functions page allows you to determine which functions you wish to import. See the following image.
It is possible to import the following function selections:
•All functions - will import all available functions from your database or
•A Single Category - will import a selection of functions assigned to a single category.
All functions
To import all available functions, click the "Import all functions" option and then click the "Next" button to move to the Links/Associations page. See the following image.
Alphabetical listing
To select individual recipes uncheck the "Import all functions" option and you can browse in alphabetical order by using the drop arrow to choose the letter the function begins with. Once you have selected the functions you wish to import, click on the "Next" button to move to the Links/Associations page. See the following image.
A single category
To import a selection of functions assigned to a particular category click on the category tab of the function selection page. This will bring the following screen.
Select different categories by using the drop list to view an alphabetical list. To select the individual functions from within a category, click the check box beside the function name.
Once your selections are complete, click the "Next" button to move to the Links/Associations page.
