If you have a mouse, you can use toolbars for quick access to commonly used commands.  When you first start Resort Restaurant all the toolbars are displayed just below the menu bar.

 

When you hover the mouse cursor over a button on a toolbar the function of the button is displayed in a tooltip window.

 

Resort Restaurant lets you customize your toolbars so that you can tailor the program to best suit the way you work. The customization lets you add and remove buttons from the standard toolbars or even create your own toolbars.  To customize your toolbars, select the 'Toolbars…' option from the View menu.  Resort Restaurant will display the Toolbar dialog to let you modify your toolbar settings.
