Undo
Undo the most recent action. This only applies to text editing. You cannot undo any manipulation on primary data types in Resort Executive. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the CTRL+Z shortcut key to undo the most recent action.
Cut
Removes the current text selection and places it on the clipboard. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the CTRL+X shortcut key to cut the current text selection.
Copy
Copies the current text selection to the clipboard. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the CTRL+C shortcut key to copy the current text selection.
Paste
Inserts the contents of the clipboard at the insertion point. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the CTRL+V shortcut key to insert the contents of the clipboard.
Edit
Select this option when the focus is on a table (grid) and the program will launch the appropriate form to display the details of the selected item. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the CTRL+E shortcut key to edit the selected item.
Insert
Select this option when the focus is on a table (grid) and the program will display a dialog to select an item for insertion in a list. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the CTRL+I shortcut key to insert an item.
Delete
Selecting this option when the focus is on a table (grid) will delete the currently selected item(s). You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the DELETE key on your keyboard to remove the current item from a table (grid).
Move up
Select this option when the focus is on a table (grid) and the selected item(s) will be moved up one row. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the CTRL+U shortcut key to move the selected item up one row.
Move down
Select this option when the focus is on a table (grid) and the selected item(s) will be moved down one row. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the CTRL+D shortcut key to move the selected item down one row.
Fill down
In certain table (grid) columns an item of information can be copied down a list. Select the item that you want copied, drag the mouse down over the items to be filled, and select this menu option. Resort Executive will duplicate the top most item filling all selected items. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the CTRL+F shortcut key to fill down in a list.
Lighten
Lightens the picture within the picture page of a selected form. You can also click on the toolbar button.
Darken
Darkens the picture within the picture page of a selected form. You can also click on the toolbar button.
Increase Contrast
Increases the contrast of a picture within the picture page of a selected form. You can also click on the toolbar button.
Blur
Blurs the picture within the picture page of a selected form. You can also click on the toolbar button.
Soften
Softens the picture within the picture page of a selected form. You can also click on the toolbar button.
Sharpen
Sharpens the picture within the picture page of a selected form. You can also click on the toolbar button.
Convert to Greyscale
Converts the picture within the picture page of a selected form from colour to a monochrome image. You can also click on the toolbar button.
Flip
Flips the picture within the picture page of a selected form about the horizontal axis (i.e. turns the image upside down). You can also click on the toolbar button.
Mirror
Mirrors the picture within the picture page of a selected form about the vertical axis (i.e. swaps the image left to right). You can also click on the toolbar button.
Rotate Left
Rotates the selected picture image 90° to the left. You can also click on the toolbar button.
Rotate Right
Rotates the selected picture image 90° to the right. You can also click on the toolbar button.
Resize
Launches the Resize picture dialog. This allows you to manipulate the size of the picture within the picture page of a selected form and preview the results before accepting any changes made. You can also click on the toolbar button.
