Back
Moves back to the previous record you opened. You can also click on the toolbar button to move back to the previous record.
Forward
Moves forward to the next record in History. You can also click on the toolbar button to move forward to the next historical record.
First Record
Moves the focus to the first item in the browser list of the current active form. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the F5 shortcut key to move to the first record in the current form.
Previous Record
Moves the focus to the previous item in the browser list of the current active form. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the F6 shortcut key to move to the previous record in the current form.
Next Record
Moves the focus to the next item in the browser list of the current active form. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the F7 shortcut key to move to the next item in the current form.
Last Record
Moves the focus to the last item in the browser list of the current active form. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the F8 shortcut key to move to the last record in the current form.
New
Choose this option to add a new item in the current active form. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the F2 shortcut key to add a new item in the current form.
Copy
Choose this option to add a new item in the current active form, copying from the currently displayed item. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the F3 shortcut key to copy the current item.
Delete
Choose this option to delete the currently displayed item in the active form. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the F4 shortcut key to delete the current item.
Save
Choose this option to save any changes made to data in the current active form. This option will only be enabled if the data in the active form has been modified. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the F9 shortcut key to save changes made to the current form.
Reset
Choose this option to undo any changes to the data in the current active form. This option re-loads the item from the database. This option will only be enabled if the data in the active form has been modified. You can also click on the toolbar button or hit the F10 shortcut key to undo changes made to the current form.
Find
Choose this option to launch the Find dialog. This dialog will allow you to search for particular text within records. You can also click on the toolbar button. This is the same as hitting the CTRL+F shortcut key.
Filter
Launches the Filter dialog for the current active form. Note: Not all forms have filter dialogs. This allows you to choose selected items for display in the current form. You can also click on the toolbar button to launch the Filter dialog.
Re-filter
Re-filters the database using the same selection parameters entered into the Filter dialog when the form was initially opened. You can also click on the toolbar button to re-filter the database.
