To create a new site:-

 

 

First you will need to open the site form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Sites from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

 

Once the site form is opened choose one of the following methods to create a new blank site:

 

•Click on the toolbar button                or

 

•Select Record->New from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Hit the F2 shortcut key.

 

 

Fill in the details of the new site in the blank site form. More help on this can be found in the site form topic.

 

Save any changes you have made by using one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the toolbar button        or

 

•Select Record->Save from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Hit the F9 shortcut key.

 

NOTE: No two sites are permitted the same name in a Resort Executive database.  If you try to create a site with the name of a site that already exists, Resort Executive will display an error message.
