To delete an existing outlet:-

 

First you will need to open the Outlet form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Outlets from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

 

Select the outlet you wish to delete.

 

Use one of the following methods to delete the selected outlet:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Record->Delete from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Select the outlet within the outlet browser and hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard        or

 

•Hit the F4 shortcut key.

 

 

Resort Executive will ask if you wish to delete the outlet. Choose the appropriate response.

 

The outlet which you have deleted will now be removed from the list.

 

NOTE: Deleting a outlet also deletes all the information assigned to that outlet.  If you choose to delete a outlet make absolutely certain that this is what you want to do.  Once a outlet has been deleted, it's details will be gone forever.
