The recipes and costs page is divided into two tabs. They are:
•Ingredients/Recipes tab and
•Labour tab
Ingredients/Recipes tab
The Ingredients/Recipes tab is divided into two main sections.
The top section is known as the recipe list grid and displays information relating to the courses and recipes required for the selected function. The bottom section is known as the cost summary grid. This section deals with costing information for the selected function.

Labour tab
This section allows you to calculate labour costs associated with the production of the function. Click on the Labour tab to view labour costs and details. See the following image.
