Start Window
Returns you to the Start Window of the program. This allows you to browse for other databases and open them quickly.
Company Details
Displays the Company Details Dialog. This is the same as clicking the toolbar button.
Keywords
Displays the Keywords dialog to let you add, delete, or modify keywords. This is the same as clicking the toolbar button.
Preparations
Displays the Preparations dialog to allow you to add, delete or modify preparations.
Labour Steps
Displays the Labour Steps dialog to allow you to add, delete or modify labour steps in preparing ingredients and recipes.
Staff
Displays the Staff dialog to allow you to add, delete or modify staffing details.
Allergens
Displays the Allergens dialog to allow you to add, delete or modify allergens for allergen tracking.
MDI Tabs at Top
Displays the active window tabs at the top of the screen (i.e. each window you have open will have a tab displayed). Selecting this option again will return the tabs to the bottom of the screen.
Multi-line tabs in forms
When viewing a form that contains tabs, if all of the tabs will not fit on screen you can select Multi-line tabs. This will show all tabs in multiple lines and no scrolling is necessary. This is the same as clicking the toolbar button.
Edit Toolbars in forms
Displays the Edit toolbar relevant to each form at the top of the form allowing you to perform editing tasks with ease.
History Bar
Displays the History bar at the top of the screen to allow easy access to previously viewed records.
Floating Rollups
Toggles the rollups from a floating to a docked state.
Grid Settings
Launches the Grid Settings dialog that allows you to change the display properties of grids.
Report Colours
Launches the Report Colours dialog that allows you to change the colours used when generating reports.
Visual Theme
Allows you to change the look or theme on-screen. Select from various themes such as Office 2000, Office XP, Office 2003, Windows XP, or Visual Basic 2005.
Toolbars
Displays the Toolbar dialog to let you customize the look and layout of your toolbars. This is the same as clicking the toolbar icon.
Status Bar
Toggles the Status Bar on and off. The Status Bar displays hints and tips in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. This is the same as clicking the toolbar button.
