AutoSave
If you have the AutoSave facility enabled, Resort Executive will not show any prompts asking you whether to save any modified data, but will automatically save any changes that you have made. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Batch Assignments - Category Links
Launches the Category Assignments dialog. This allows you to modify existing links between ingredients, recipes, menus and functions and their categories, or create new links. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Batch Assignments - Supplier Links
Launches the Supplier Assignments dialog. This allows you to modify existing links between ingredients and their suppliers, or create new links. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Batch Assignments - Store Links
Launches the Store Assignments dialog. This allows you to modify existing links between ingredients and recipes and their stores, or create new links. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Calculations - Recalculate Current Item
To update the costs of ingredients for recipes choose this menu option. This takes you to the Recalculate Current Recipe Dialog, or the Recalculate Current Menu Dialog (depending on the current active form). This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Calculations - Batch Calculate
Launches the Batch Calculate Dialog. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Stock - Roll Stock
Launches the roll stock dialog. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Stock - Reverse Stock Rollover
Launches the reverse stock rollover dialog. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Units - Convert to Preferred Units
Displays the Convert to Preferred Units Dialog. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Units - Batch Unit Conversion
Displays the Batch Unit Conversion Dialog. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Merge/Bulk Delete - Merge Ingredients
Launches the Merge Ingredients Dialog. This allows you to merge similar ingredients into a single ingredient to avoid duplicate data. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Merge/Bulk Delete - Merge Recipes
Launches the Merge Recipes Dialog. This allows you to merge similar recipes into a single recipe to avoid duplicate data. This is the same as clicking the 
toolbar button.
Merge/Bulk Delete - Merge Menus
Launches the Merge Menus Dialog. This allows you to merge similar menus into a single menu to avoid duplicate data. This is the same as clicking the

Merge/Bulk Delete - Bulk Delete Ingredients
Launches the Bulk Delete Ingredients Dialog. This allows you to bulk delete ingredients from a database. This is the same as clicking the

Copy Costs Between Sites...
Copies ingredient costs between different sites.
Spell Check - This form...
Displays the spell check dialog to allow spell checking for the current form only. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Spell Check - Entire database...
Displays the spell check dialog to allow spell checking for the entire database. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Replace
Launches the Replacement Wizard. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Case wizard
Launches the Case Wizard. Case wizard allows you to tidy up the look of your database. Often when ingredients and recipes are entered by different users, the format is different (i.e. some entered in Proper case, some in Upper case.) Case wizard allows you to unify the text case throughout your database. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Generate Market Lists...
Launches the Market List Generation dialog. This allows you to select those menus and functions for which you would like to generate a market list.
Regenerate Allergen Dependencies...
Reset Grid Column Width
Resets the Grid Column widths to their original default. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button or hitting the CTRL+R shortcut key.
Database - Integrity Test
The Database Integrity Dialog allows you to check for errors in your database as well as allowing you to verify and compact the data. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
Database - Audit Trail
Launches the Audit trail dialog which displays any major actions that have been performed by the user(s). These actions include adding, deleting or modifying items, opening and closing databases, batch calculations, stock rollovers etc.
Database - Statistics
Displays the statistics for the current database such as the number of recipes or ingredients that have been entered. This is the same as clicking on the 
toolbar button.
