Market lists do not automatically exist along with their parent menus or functions. Rather, you must create a market list, by opening a menu or function and selecting the 'Market list' page from the menu form or the function form. The first time you select the 'Market List' page for a menu or function, Resort Hotel will generate the market list for that item and display it on screen.

 

If you then click another page on the menu form or attempt to close the window, the program will ask if you wish to save the market list. You can not print a market list until it has been created and then saved in this manner.

 

You can also create market lists for multiple menus and functions by selecting the 'Generate Market Lists...' option from the Tools menu.  This option will launch the Market Lists Generation dialog from which you can select multiple menus and/or functions.  The program will proceed to generate market lists for those selected menus and/or functions.
