After creating a market list, you can edit the actual purchase quantities shown in the market list form.  Just alter the quantity values in the Order Qty. field and save your changes.  Those altered quantities will appear on any market list related reports that you print later on.

 

NOTE: If you change the budget quantities for recipes in a menu or the number of covers for a function, then you should re-generate the market list for the menu or function. To do this, just select the Market List page in the menu form and function form, and Resort Hotel will detect the change in the menu or function and re-generate the market list quantities automatically.  You should then save the newly generated market list.
