An Outlet represents a trading center at your site.  For example, if your site is a hotel, you should have an outlet for each restaurant, bar and one for room-service.  If your site is a single restaurant, then you will have one outlet for the restaurant.

 

Each database must have at least one outlet. You can have as many outlets in your database as you wish.  

 

Resort Hotel uses outlets to store different pricing details for different recipes.  You only need to create a recipe once and it can be costed for any number of outlets.  The program stores separate pricing details for each recipe at each outlet.
