The Outlet form allows you to set up profitability targets for all retail products and to view and/or edit pricing details for individual retail products.
This form can be launched by using one of the following methods:
•Click on the 
toolbar button or
•Select Forms->Outlets from the menu bar or
•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.
The tabbed sub-forms (or pages) of the outlet form provide a number of different views of the information relating to retail products. The Outlet form has three sub-forms.
•The General details page allows you to set up your profitability targets for retail products.
•The Ingredient/Recipe pricing page allows you to view retail recipes along with their costing, pricing and profitability achievement details.
•The Function Pricing page allows you to view retail functions along with their costing, pricing and profitability achievement details.
