Resort Restaurant helps you quickly set up and cost functions or banquets. The program also lets you set up 'standard' functions and all you need to do at quotation time is enter the number of expected guests (covers) and Resort Restaurant does the rest. All costs, prices and profitability figures are calculated. You can even generate market lists for one or more functions to review your ingredient ordering requirements.
