How can I transfer grid data to a spreadsheet program?

To transfer data that appears in a grid into a spreadsheet program use the following method:

1.	Select the data you wish to transfer.

2.	Hit the CTRL+C shortcut key (this is a copy function).

3.	Open the spreadsheet program you wish to insert the data into.

4.	Hit the CTRL+V shortcut key (this is a paste function).

Your data should now appear in the spreadsheet program. This brings across the data only and you may be required to reformat the spreadsheet and include column headers to suit your needs.
