To change the colours used within a grid you must launch the Grid Settings dialog.

 

To launch the Grid settings dialog, select View->Grid settings from the main menu bar.  

 

From the grid settings dialog you are able to modify the colours of editable and non-editable text, grid lines, grid cells and items that fail to meet selected profitability targets.
