To find out where an ingredient has been used:

 

First you will need to open the Ingredient form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Ingredients from the menu bar        or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

Select an ingredient from the left-hand browser pane.

 

Click on the References page.

 

Any recipe or menu that uses the selected ingredient will be displayed in the form.  Use the tabs at the base of the page to move from recipes to menus.
