Setting up allergen tracking is relatively simple.
1. Using the Allergen Dialog, create any allergens that you wish to track. I.e. gluten, nuts, lactose, etc.
2. Associate those allergens with your ingredients.
3. Regenerate any top-level allergen associations from the Tools Menu. This will force the program to update their allergen associations with the newly created ingredient/allergen associations.
4. Print selected allergen reports for recipes, menus or functions. (see the Allergens category in the Report Wizard)
5. You can also see any associated or 'inherited' allergens in recipes, menus or functions bu viewing their ingredient lists.
