How do I create a new allergen?

To create a new allergen:

 

1. Select the Allergens option from the View menu. The program will display the Allergens Dialog.

2. Click the New button and enter the name of the new allergen.

3. Click OK.  

 

The new allergen will have been created ready for you to associate with ingredients.
