To delete an allergen:

 

1. Select the Allergens option from the View menu. The program will display the Allergens Dialog.

2. Click the Delete button and verify that you wish to delete the allergen.

3. Click OK.  

 

The allergen will be deleted along with any associations it may have had with ingredients, recipes, menus, or functions.
