To delete an existing site:-

 

First you will need to open the Site form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Sites from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

 

Select the site you wish to delete.

 

Use one of the following methods to delete the selected site:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Record->Delete from the drop-down menus        or

 

•Select the site within the site browser and hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard        or

 

•Hit the F4 shortcut key.

 

 

Resort Executive will ask if you wish to delete the site. Choose the appropriate response.

 

The site which you have deleted will now be removed from the list.

 

NOTE: Deleting a site also deletes all the information assigned to that site.  If you choose to delete a site make absolutely certain that this is what you want to do.  Once a site has been deleted, it's details will be gone forever.
