How do I modify an existing site?

To modify an existing site's details:-
First you will need to open the Site form.
This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:
•Click on the toolbar button or
•Select Forms->Sites from the drop-down menus or
•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.
Select the site to be modified.
Make the desired alterations.
Save any changes you have made by using one of the following methods:
•Click on the toolbar button or
•Select Record->Save from the drop-down menus or
•Hit the F9 shortcut key.
If you make changes to a site and don't want to keep them you can use the reset button. This can only be used before you have clicked the Save button.
OR
If you make changes to a site and don't select the Save button you will be asked when closing down that window, if you wish to save or not.
NOTE 1: If you have the AutoSave facility enabled, Resort Executive will not show any prompts but will automatically save any changes that you have made.
NOTE 2: No two sites are permitted the same name in a Resort Executive database. If you try to create a site with the name of a site that already exists, Resort Executive will display an error message.
