The invoice rollup allows you to insert data into the invoice form as well as create new items "on the fly". For example, when creating a new invoice, you can use the invoice rollup to assign any ingredients required for the new invoice all at once. If an ingredient that you require does not exist, you can create it quickly using the invoice rollup and insert it into the invoice at the same time.
