This view shows the mise-en-place details of the current function.
There are two primary areas; the function shown in tree form on the left side of the page and a complete break-down of all ingredient/recipes used in the function. Choose to view ingredients or recipes from the tab at the bottom of the form.
When the ingredient tab is chosen from the bottom, all ingredients included in the function are listed. This also includes ingredients from all recipes and their sub-recipes.
When the recipe tab is chosen from the bottom, all recipes (and sub-recipes) included in the function are listed. See the following image.
Name
When the ingredient tab is chosen from the bottom, all ingredients included in the function are listed. This also includes ingredients from all recipes and their sub-recipes.

Quantity
The quantity of each ingredient as entered in the Recipe and Costs page.
Unit
Usage units for the ingredient/recipe, as entered in the General Details page for the individual ingredient or recipe.
Cost
The cost of each individual component ingredient or sub-recipe within the main recipe (depending on whether you are viewing the ingredient or recipe tab at the bottom of the page.) for all items within the selected function.
To edit an ingredient or recipe
•Double click on the ingredient or recipe in the table or
•Right-click on the ingredient or recipe in the table and choose edit from the pop-up menu.
This takes you directly to the Ingredient Form or Recipe Form.
