The function rollup allows you to insert data into the function form as well as create new items "on the fly".  For example, when creating a new function, you can use the function rollup to insert the component ingredients required to produce the function all at once.  If an ingredient or recipe that you require does not exist, you can create it quickly using the function rollup and insert it straight into the function at the same time.  For help on how to use rollups see the topic Rollups.
