| 1. | Open a database (if one isn't already open). |
| 2 | Select Batch Calculate... from the Tools menu, or click the  toolbar button. Resort Chef will display the Batch Calculation dialog (see diagram below). |
| 3 | Just click the OK button and Resort Chef will proceed to re-calculate the costs of all recipes and menus in the database. |
